SportPak Testing Two New Tents

 Season 2-man and True, Four Season Tents Being Tested

February 1 -- (Lakewood, WA)

Scouts form Troop 53 are currently testing the Mountaineer, a four season tent and the SportPak 2 Man Tent in the wilds of the Pacific Northwest.

A successful snow camping trip was had in the Cascade Mountains near the town of Cle Elum, where both tents were put through the rigors.

"Both tents were easy to put up and take down.  We had some snow at night and I had no problem in the tent I was in," Nathan Blanchard, Life Scout for Troop 53, said.

"I liked the oval design of the 4 man tent, it gave you room to get dressed," Life Scout, Andrew Reid-Munro added.

We'll continue to test these in other weather conditions and keep you informed as to how they do.
